Paramount Muay Thai Gym

Paramount runs Muay Thai and kickboxing upstairs at Shop 19, with classes graded from kids aged five, through youth, beginner and advanced adult sessions, up to a fighters’ stream for people training to compete. A free youth programme runs alongside the paid classes.

Memberships run weekly with casual sessions available, and there is a free trial if you want a class before committing. The gym is owner-run and puts on its own fight nights, so it works as a club as much as a training space. The entrance is on Level 1.
