Southmall Manurewa collects a small amount of personal information through this website. This page explains what we collect, why, and what your rights are under the Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and the message you send. When you use the casual leasing and meeting room booking form we also collect your company name, phone number, postal address, and the details of your booking request.

We don’t collect anything you don’t type in. There are no accounts and no tracking cookies on this site.

Why we collect it

Only so we can reply to you. A contact enquiry or a booking request goes to the centre management office by email so someone can get back to you.

Who sees it

Southmall centre management, and the people who help us run the site. Messages are delivered by Resend, an email service, and the booking form runs on Jotform. Both process your information only to deliver it to us. We don’t sell or share it with anyone else, and we don’t use it for marketing.

Spam protection

To keep the contact form usable, this site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated bots. Turnstile may collect limited technical information about your browser and device to do this. How Cloudflare handles that information is set out in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

How long we keep it

Contact messages stay in the management office’s email for as long as they’re useful for replying to you. Booking requests are kept for the length of the booking and our normal business records.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it. Email info@southmall.co.nz. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner at privacy.org.nz.

Changes

If we change how the site handles your information, we’ll update this page. Last updated September 2026.
