Southmall Sushi

Southmall Sushi is a counter-service sushi shop at Shop 30, with the day’s sushi laid out in a display cabinet — point at what you want rather than order from a menu.

It has been trading in the centre since at least 2015. Like most sushi counters it is best earlier in the day, when the range is fullest; by late afternoon the selection thins out. Takeaway is the main trade, with mall seating if you want to eat there.
